Tom Shanks, BEng (Hons)

I have run businesses for many years, including a structural steelwork business. Staxis grew from that practical experience: working with members and connection details, developing drawings and organising the information behind a job.

Trade Insight addresses the business records around the work; Staxis focuses on the modelling workspace. Both reflect the same interest in making everyday tasks clearer for the people running small firms.

Staxis is a modelling tool. My engineering qualification and business experience do not replace the qualified review and approval required for a particular project.
